ConcessionEasy is a concession stand app for school booster clubs and other volunteer-run stands. It turns volunteers' own phones into a register with big picture buttons, works without signal, shows the exact change to give back, and adds every phone's sales into one total for the night. ### Who is it for? It was built for a high-school football booster club, and it fits any stand run by volunteers: booster clubs for sports, band, choir or theater, youth sports leagues, PTOs and PTAs, and church or community fundraisers. It is made for people who have never used a register before. ### How much does it cost? It's free right now, and it doesn't add any fees to your sales. Card payments run on the reader or payment app your club already uses, with that company's usual fees. ### Can our club use it? Clubs can't sign themselves up yet. Email us about your club and your stand, and we'll talk about setting it up for you. ### Does it work without Wi-Fi or cell signal? Yes. Every sale is saved on the phone first, so volunteers keep selling when the signal drops. Sales send on their own when the phone is back online, and the app makes sure no sale is lost or counted twice. A phone needs signal the first time it joins the stand. ### Do volunteers have to download an app or make an account? No. A volunteer scans the QR code on the stand's sign, or taps a link an organizer texted them, and starts selling in the phone's web browser. iPhone users can add it to the Home Screen, but they don't have to. Nobody makes an account. ### Can it take credit card payments? Not by itself. Run the card on the card reader or payment app your club already uses. The register asks "Did it go through?" before it records the sale, so a declined card is never counted. Organizers can also turn card payments off for cash-only nights. ### How many phones can we use at one stand? Two to four phones at a stand works well. Each phone sells on its own, and all their sales add up into one total for the night. ### How does it help with making change? The volunteer taps the bills and coins the customer hands over. The whole screen then shows how much change to give back and which bills and coins to use. Exact cash finishes the sale in one tap. ### What if a volunteer makes a mistake? They can undo the last sale for two minutes, or look back through their phone's sales history. Organizers can void a sale later. Practice mode lets new volunteers try it without counting real sales. ### What do organizers get? Two or three club leads share one 6-digit PIN. They can change the menu and prices, mark items sold out on every phone, watch the night's total live, count the cash box at the end of the night, and see reports for each game and the whole season, with a CSV export. ### Does it collect customer data? No. It keeps no customer data at all. Volunteers can give a first name if they want to, and that is all it keeps about people. ## Pages - [ConcessionEasy](https://concessioneasy.com/): what it does, a live demo of the register, and the questions above - [How to run a school concession stand](https://concessioneasy.com/guide/run-a-concession-stand/): A plain checklist for booster clubs: plan the menu, set prices that make change easy, start with the right cash, run the line with volunteers, and count the cash box at the end of the night. - [Contact](mailto:contact@concessioneasy.com): get ConcessionEasy for your club
